It is an essential part of our strategic approach to ensure any potential service supplier to your organisation not only meets the minimum requirements but aspires to be the best possible in terms of having reached full accreditation with evidence of quality assurance.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to take any necessary steps to ensure a competent assessment of Occupational Health Needs within the business and The Employee Wellbeing Company has everything in place to help you with this.
We can advise you on how to identify a service provider and we would also offer assistance by sitting on any appointment panel or act as advisors.
Once a service provider has been selected, it is the shared responsibility of the purchaser and the occupational health service to agree, as defined in the service level agreement, the scope of the services provided.
