About Sandra:  

Sandra has over thirty year’s business experience both within the NHS and the commercial sectors, during her extensive career she has held a number of senior management positions including the ‘Director of Nursing’ at St. Georges Hospital, London.

She is currently a panel member for the 'Fitness to Practice Directorate' of the Nursing and Midwifery Council UK where she sits as Chair on Conduct and Competency Committees for nurses in the UK.

In terms of Sandra's occupational health career she has worked for a number of organisations both within the retail and manufacturing sectors, these include:

• Rolls Royce Motors
• AON insurance
• Middlesex Hospital
• Sainsbury

Sandra is a highly experienced consultant with proven project management skills. She specialises in the provision of occupational health strategy advice to organisations and her current clients include a large French multinational.

She has undertake a department of health project, developing pay & rewards strategy for nurses and has worked with a large UK insurance company developing their ‘First day absence reporting’ product.

About Carole:  

Carole is a highly experienced and professional Occupational Health Specialist. Her career has included work within the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Electricity Industry, particularly in power transmission and generation in England and Wales. 

Additionally she has also worked on projects overseas and carried out comprehensive reviews and the design of Occupational Health and Health Risk Management Systems and Standards for various businesses, including higher education organisations and the NHS.


Prior to forming the Employee Wellbeing Company, Carole was Regional Director of Cheviot Artus Ltd., a well known and respected Occupational Health Consultancy business, providing occupational health, safety and health and safety services to a wide range of organisations and businesses both in the UK and overseas. 


During her career she has developed a wide knowledge base with excellent communication skills enabling her to build sound and effective relationships with employees and managers.


Working in the consultancy field, Carole has supported organisations in the design, development and ultimately implementation of their strategy for occupational health.

Carole has presented papers at national and international conferences.
